Our transport theme has continued this week with the children enjoying painting with cars, making a busy collage of vehicles and using chalk to mark-make on vehicle silhouettes.
At the round table the children have been building roads, garages and tall towers for the small cars. At the small world carpet. happy street trains and cars have been played with endlessly.
In the garden we have had our very own carwash for the children to go through with the large trucks and a car wash table with brushes and bubbles to clean the small cars.
In the new Blossom Room the children have been exploring shape in Flower Group. In Blossom Group we have been using our focussed activity ‘Busy Boxes’ where they have individual tasks to complete.
The Home Corners both indoors and in the garden have been busy with the children making the ladies lots of lovely tea and food.
